More about me

I was born in Lisbon in 1987, and from an early age, I felt a strong connection
to Eastern therapies and philosophies. Through my own experience

with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) – in treating back pain and sports injuries – I realized the true impact of these practices on recovery

and overall well-being.

My journey began in the corporate world: I graduated in Economics (ISEG - Lisbon) and completed a Master's in Management (Nova SBE - Lisbon)
with a double degree in International Management (WU - Vienna), which led me to study and work in Spain, Germany, Cape Verde, and Austria.
For over a decade, I worked in the areas of Strategy, Marketing & Sales, People Development and Digital Transformation. While developing this career, I never stopped exploring and deepening my knowledge
of alternative therapies, meditation, and mindfulness.

 

It was in 2019, during a trip to Asia, that I encountered Wing Chun Kung Fu,
a martial art that redefined my relationship with movement, energy,
and health, and is a practice I continue today. That moment was a turning point.

 

In 2022, I decided to begin a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
to transform this passion into something I could share and apply professionally.

Today, with over 3.000 hours of training and clinical practice, I am dedicated to helping people overcome pain — especially back pain.

Each session is conducted with the patient’s condition in mind, combining therapeutic techniques aimed not only at alleviating pain but also
at promoting true rebalancing of the body.
